Ensure the tracking of overall revenue streams and report this information on a regular basis to the Manager – Revenue Assurance & Fraud Control.
Conduct the operational activity of the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Control Section which breeds a culture of high performance in an engaging professional environment.
Identify potentially fraudulent incidents by observing high risk behaviour and liaising with Billing & Collections, Roaming ,Interconnect section ,VAS services to secure the revenue streams.
Work on the system & processes for development of the Revenue Assurance & Fraud Control Section objectives.
Ensure compliances on sectional policies, procedures, systems and frameworks.
Collaboration with other sections to identify, analyse causes and repair financial leakage whilst considering preventative methods and progressing corrective actions.
Work on the alarms & KPI’s systems and work with other operational department prohibit fraud.
Perform spot audits & other duties in the related to control frame work as requested.
Qualification & Experience::
Degree/ Diploma in business or accounting from a recognised institution
3 - 5 years of accounting experience in the telecommunications industry
