  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing and food & beverage costing.
  • Good analytical, Excel and reporting skills.
  • Local hire only — applicants must currently be in Bahrain.

Job Description
Monitor hotel costs, verify purchases and stock movements, conduct inventory checks, investigate variances, and prepare cost reports to support cost control and profitability.
