Job Title: Senior IT Officer / Assistant Manager – IT

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and technically strong healthcare IT professional to join our team as a Senior IT Officer / Assistant Manager – IT. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), strong SQL skills, and the ability to manage healthcare IT operations efficiently.

Basic Mandatory Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Hospital Information System (HIS)
• 4–5 years of healthcare IT experience
• Strong SQL query writing skills (mandatory)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Technically competent with in-depth knowledge of healthcare systems and database management

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Hospital Information System (HIS)
• Develop, write, and optimize SQL queries for reporting and data analysis
• Provide technical support to clinical and administrative departments
• Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Ensure data security, backup management, and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards as required by management
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare user manuals
• Handle IT documentation, asset management, and system audits
• Support integration between HIS and other healthcare applications
• Assist in IT budgeting, infrastructure planning, and IT strategy implementation
