Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of coffee preparation, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks.
  • Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with precision.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area at all times.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in every cup served.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Follow company SOPs for food safety and product presentation.
  • Support in stock rotation, inventory checks, and daily closing duties.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Barista minimum 2 year preferred.
  • Good knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
