The Royal Driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for both the family and Haqbaz Real Estate. This dual role covers the family's household members — including children and guests — as well as the daily pickup and drop-off of Haqbaz Real Estate staff to and from the office. The role requires a courteous, gentle, and trustworthy individual who can comfortably interact with all family members, including children, while also representing the company professionally when transporting staff, and maintaining the highest standards of punctuality, safety, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.

Haqbaz Real Estate (Company) Duties

• Drop Haqbaz Real Estate staff to the office at the scheduled start of the working day.
• Pick up Haqbaz Real Estate staff from the office at the end of the working day, or as instructed by management.
• Handle daily pickup and drop-off duties for staff attending meetings, site visits, or other company business as required.
• Represent the company professionally and courteously when transporting staff, clients, or visitors.
• Coordinate with the office/family office on staff transport schedules and any last-minute changes.

Family Duties

• Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for the family, including parents, children, and elderly members.
• Comfortably and gently interact with children — including school drop-off and pick-up — ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Drop children to school and collect them at the scheduled time, coordinating with parents/family office on any changes to timing.
• Maintain a calm, gentle, and patient manner when dealing with all family members, particularly children and elderly passengers.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage, shopping, school bags, and other items as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family's schedule, routines, and personal matters.
• Be flexible and available for occasional early morning, evening, or weekend duties as required by the family's schedule.

General Duties

• Plan routes in advance, allowing for traffic conditions, to ensure punctuality for school runs, staff transport, appointments, and events.
• Ensure the vehicle(s) are clean, well-maintained, fuelled, and in safe working condition at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and both the family's household protocols and Haqbaz Real Estate's company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance/documentation (insurance, registration, service history).
