Full job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Take customer orders accurately for dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
  • Process customer payments through cash, card, and POS systems.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
  • Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Double-check orders to ensure all food items, sauces, utensils, and packaging are complete.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
  • Hand over completed orders to customers and delivery drivers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and packing area.
  • Monitor and replenish packaging materials and other supplies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Perform daily cashier closing procedures, including cash counting and sales reconciliation.
  • Complete restaurant closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas.
  • Ensure equipment is properly switched off and the restaurant is clean and organized before closing.
  • Follow restaurant policies, food safety standards, and hygiene procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required Skills:

  • AVAILABLE TO JOIN IMMEDIATELY
  • Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a must.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including closing shifts.
  • Teamwork and good time management skills.
