Full job description

Creative Style W.L.L. is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure that all furniture, joinery, and interior fit-out products meet company quality standards and client specifications throughout the manufacturing and installation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming raw materials for quality compliance.
  • Conduct in-process inspections during manufacturing.
  • Perform final inspections before packing and dispatch.
  • Inspect site installations and prepare snag reports.
  • Verify products against approved shop drawings and project specifications.
  • Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with Production and Project teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.
  • Participate in client inspections and project handovers.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and applicable standards.
  • Monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Wood Technology, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in furniture manufacturing, joinery, or interior fit-out.
