Full job description

Position: Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead our F&B operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, banquets and related services.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train and motivate the F&B team.
  • Manage departmental budgets, costs, inventory and revenue targets.
  • Develop promotions and initiatives to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate effectively with the Kitchen and other hotel departments.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and implement service improvements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including experience in a managerial role.
  • Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or luxury resort is essential.
  • Strong leadership, communication and team-management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of F&B operations, cost control and service standards.
  • Guest-focused, well-organized and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience in Bahrain or the GCC will be an advantage.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
