WE ARE HIRING – CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Abdul Hakim Alshammary Holding Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Construction Foreman to join our team immediately.

Position: Construction Foreman

Salary: BD 500/-
Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all construction and maintenance activities
  • Coordinate daily site operations and workforce
  • Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, gypsum, tiling, carpentry, and maintenance works
  • Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and quality standards
  • Manage site safety and compliance procedures
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and management
  • Inspect work progress and report daily updates
  • Handle maintenance requirements across company branches and properties
  • Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and manpower

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years experience in construction and maintenance field
  • Strong knowledge in all general construction works
  • Ability to manage labor and site activities independently
  • Knowledge of maintenance troubleshooting and site coordination
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Valid GCC driving license preferred
