To maintain efficient control of the Pearl Lounge storeroom by receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring food, beverage, consumable, and operational supplies, while supporting procurement activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring stock availability to meet daily operational requirements.

  Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries to ensure items received match purchase orders, approved specifications, quantities, and quality standards.

• Store food, beverages, consumables, amenities, chemicals, uniforms, and operational supplies in designated locations while maintaining proper storage and handling practices.

• Monitor stock levels and maintain adequate inventory to support lounge operations and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.

• Issue materials and supplies to lounge personnel in accordance with established procedures and operational requirements.

• Apply stock rotation principles, including First-In-First-Out (FIFO), to minimize wastage and ensure product freshness and shelf-life compliance.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storeroom environment in accordance with health, safety, hygiene, and food handling requirements.

• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and update inventory records accordingly.

• Record inventory transactions accurately using the Materials Management System (MMS) or other approved inventory management systems.

• Identify stock replenishment requirements and prepare purchase requisitions based on usage patterns, stock levels, and operational forecasts.

• Support the procurement process by obtaining supplier quotations and comparing prices, quality, and delivery terms to facilitate cost-effective purchasing decisions.

• Prepare purchase orders following established approval procedures and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and follow up with suppliers regarding delivery schedules, shortages, replacements, or pending items.

• Maintain and update supplier information, procurement records, delivery notes, invoices, and related documentation in an organized manner.

• Verify that all purchases and procurement activities are appropriately authorized before commitments are made to suppliers.

• Assist in managing damaged, expired, or non-conforming items and coordinate returns or replacements with suppliers where required.

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and issuance of operational equipment, chinaware, cutlery, glassware, and other lounge assets as required.

• Support internal and external audits by providing inventory records, stock reports, and supporting documentation.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, quality, and company policies applicable to lounge storage and inventory operations.

• Generate periodic inventory and stock movement reports for management review.

• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Manager Lounge to support the efficient operation of the Pearl Lounge.

• 
  Secondary School certificate.

• 0-2 years of experience in the related field
