Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the medical devices industry, particularly in surgical consumables, with strong knowledge and experience in:

  • Orthopedic products and surgical solutions
  • Endoscopy products and consumables
  • Operating room and hospital sales
  • Building strong relationships with surgeons, healthcare professionals, and hospital procurement teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s medical products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and purchasing departments
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical support when required
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Monitor market activities, competitors, and customer requirements
  • Follow up on quotations, tenders, evaluations, and sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in medical device or surgical consumable sales
  • Experience in orthopedic and/or endoscopy products is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Valid driving license is preferred

Pay: BD400.000 - BD600.000 per month

Work Location: In person
