Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and responsible Patient Services Specialist to join our team and provide support to patients and visitors within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum High School Certificate.
• No previous experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional and courteous manner when dealing with patients and visitors.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment and follow instructions and procedures.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients and visitors with general inquiries and directions.
• Support patients in accessing the appropriate hospital departments and services.
• Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients throughout their visit.
• Coordinate with hospital staff and relevant departments when required.
• Assist with patient flow and ensure smooth movement within designated areas.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality when dealing with patients.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Report any patient concerns or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other duties related to patient services as assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: BD300.000 - BD350.000 per hour
