Full job description

We are seeking a Quality Control professional with strong experience in hotels and building facilities to ensure consistent hospitality standards across our properties. You will conduct inspections, monitor service quality, verify housekeeping and maintenance outcomes, and drive continuous improvement to deliver a high-quality guest experience.

  • Monitor service quality across hospitality operations (front desk, housekeeping, guest relations, maintenance coordination).
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits for hotel rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and readiness.
  • Ensure staff follow SOPs and company service standards at all times.
  • Verify room/building readiness using checklists (cleanliness, amenities, defects, appearance, and overall presentation).
  • Handle and track guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery, ensuring timely and proper resolution.
  • Review quality performance indicators (inspection scores, complaint rate, response time, cleanliness standards).
  • Train, coach, and support staff to maintain consistent hospitality standards and professionalism.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including correct cleaning methods and safe handling of chemicals.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams/vendors to ensure building issues are reported, fixed, and followed up.
  • Maintain quality records (inspection reports, checklists, corrective action reports, follow-up logs).
  • Identify recurring issues and implement continuous improvement actions to enhance guest experience and building standards.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in hotels and building facilities (quality control / housekeeping / operations).
  • Experience managing inspections, checklists, and staff performance in hospitality environments.
