Full job description

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Female Receptionist to join our 4-star hotel team.

Requirements:

Previous hotel or front-office experience preferred.

Fluent Arabic communication is mandatory.

Knowledge of IDS (hotel management/front-office system) is mandatory.

Good English communication skills.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Ability to handle check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, reservations, and front-desk duties.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Salary will be based on the performance

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally.

Manage check-in and check-out procedures.

Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints.

Maintain accurate guest records using the IDS system.

Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.

Handle payments and front-office documentation.
