  • Request Management: Coordinate special in-room amenities, dietary preferences, or celebrations with housekeeping and dining teams.

  • Problem Resolution: Listen to guest complaints with empathy and contact departments like housekeeping or engineering to fix issues fast.

  • Communication: Review daily arrival lists and relay messages accurately across departments for seamless service.

Experience Needed

  • High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in hospitality management for advanced roles.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or hotel front office experience.

  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with hotel software like Opera or CRM tools.
