Full job description

AlDar Restaurant is seeking a dependable and motivated Supervisor Waiter to lead our daytime service team. In this role, you will balance serving guests with overseeing the daily floor operations, ensuring our high standards of hospitality are met on every day shift.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daytime waitstaff, assign sections, and manage shift breaks.
  • Assist the team on the floor during peak lunch hours (taking orders, running food, greeting guests).
  • Train and mentor new service staff members.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve any service issues with a professional attitude.
  • Ensure opening checklists and midday shift handovers are completed correctly.
  • Assist management with daytime inventory checks and cash drawer reconciliation.

Requirements
