Job Title: IT support specialist

Job responsibilities:
- Provide IT support: Help users with computer issues, software problems, and network connectivity.
- Work with data: Support our databases and help create reports using Power BI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems: Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
- Maintain IT systems: Keep our systems running smoothly and securely.
Job requirements:
- Experience in IT support.
- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must have a Bachelor Degree.
- Must have 2+ years of experience
Salary : 500 to 650 BHD
