Full job description

Requirement:
- Bahraini National
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in a similar role.
- Certifications: MCSA & MCSE – Windows Server 2012 or above

Main Responsibilities:

1. Performing software installations, system upgrades, and configuration changes to support IT operations.

2. Monitoring and maintaining the IT computer room, ensuring equipment integrity and coordinating with remote IT administrators when required.

3. Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and equipment.

4. Proactively identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to minimize system downtime and maintain service continuity.

5. Managing user accounts, password resets, and access privileges in accordance with IT security policies.

Pay: From BD550.000 per month
