Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's information technology systems, infrastructure, and IT operations. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all technology systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably while supporting the company's overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, software, and other technology systems.
• Ensure all IT systems are operating efficiently and securely.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.

2. IT Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and support the IT team.
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of IT staff.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
• Participate in the recruitment and development of IT personnel.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Implement and maintain IT security policies and procedures.
• Protect company systems and data from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Manage data backup and recovery procedures.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and cybersecurity requirements.

4. Systems & Technology Management

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and systems to improve business operations.
• Manage software licenses, IT assets, and technology-related vendors.
• Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and technology projects.
• Ensure proper documentation of IT systems and processes.

5. Technical Support

• Ensure timely IT support for employees and management.
• Resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
• Establish procedures for handling IT requests and technical incidents.

6. IT Strategy & Budget Management

• Develop and implement the company's IT strategy in line with business goals.
• Prepare and manage the IT budget.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce technology-related costs.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Scope of Work

The IT Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing all company IT systems and infrastructure.
• Leading and supervising the IT department.
• Ensuring cybersecurity and data protection.
• Managing hardware, software, networks, and cloud-based systems.
• Providing technical support and resolving IT-related issues.
• Managing IT vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Planning and implementing technology improvements.
• Monitoring IT assets and software licenses.
• Developing IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Managing IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Preparing IT reports and recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management or a senior IT role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, software, and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing IT teams and projects.
• Knowledge of cloud computing and modern business technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and business management systems.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Knowledge of data backup and disaster recovery systems.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
