Full job description

We are seeking a IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain IT systems, hardware, and software across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by resolving user issues, managing IT assets, and supporting infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second line IT support to end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, email, and access permissions (Active Directory / Microsoft 365)
  • Respond to and resolve service desk tickets within SLA
  • Perform system updates, patching, and basic maintenance
  • Support operating systems (Windows / macOS) and standard business applications
  • Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when required
  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and IT procedures

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk role (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environment
  • Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and installation

Pay: BD45.000 - BD50.000 per day
