Marketing Specialist & Branch Coordinator (Bahrain)

Location: Bahrain
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Marketing Specialist & Branch Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and market subscription-based services and packages.
* Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
* Manage customer subscriptions, renewals, and related transactions.
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
* Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth business activities.
* Prepare sales and performance reports for management.
* Coordinate with headquarters and support teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or branch operations.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to engage directly with customers and build lasting relationships.
* Experience with subscription-based products or services is an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
