Job Opening: Sales Manager (Medical Device)

Location: Kingdom of Bahrain

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing Medical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing sales activities, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key accounts, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and company requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving the sales and activities targets
  • Responsible of maximum utilization of sales personnel under his span of supervision.
  • Responsible to implement the marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Responsible for following up Sales Representatives in achieving their targets.
  • Plans, organizes and controls sales activities to achieve the Sales target.
  • Produces a quarterly/monthly sales plan in conjunction with the sales representatives to be submitted to the General Manager.
  • Maximizes the performance of staff through developing the main core behavior of the company:
  • (i) Customer focus,(ii) teamwork, and(iii) people management
  • Synergies with sales representatives the current development plan including clients’ reaction to company’s products to keep a reputable company image.
  • Effective budgetary control of sales expenses.
  • Reports business and market activities, new opportunities and the market feedback to the General Manager.
  • Oversee and ensure effective management of inventory levels across assigned accounts
  • Monitor short-dated and near-expiry products; implement strategic actions to reduce potential losses.

Qualifications:

  • University Graduate with Medical background.
  • Seven years practical experience in-field
  • Good experience in Medical Device field marketing and distribution.

  • Dynamic, executive, exemplary person, self discipline, dependable.
  • Ability to communicate major targets and thereby inspire team spirit amongst others in the environment.
  • Sales oriented
  • Ability to analyze problems and evaluate them correctly.

  • Good knowledge of market segmentation principles and techniques.
  • Good knowledge of competition and competitive products.
  • Interpersonal and public relations skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
