Full job description

The Clinical Geneticist is responsible for providing expert interpretation of genetic test results related to reproductive medicine, prenatal diagnosis, infertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, inherited disorders, and preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). The role includes clinical consultation, report authorization, multidisciplinary collaboration, laboratory oversight, quality assurance, test development, and ensuring compliance with international accreditation standards.

Clinical Responsibilities

Review patient clinical history and family history.

Interpret molecular and NGS findings.

Correlate laboratory findings with clinical presentation.

Authorize and sign-out genetic reports.

Provide recommendations for additional testing when required.

Support IVF specialists, obstetricians, gynecologists, oncologists, and pediatricians.

Provide post-test clinical recommendations.

Pay: BD900.000 - BD1,200.000 per month

Work Location: In person
