We’re offering an exciting MPM Internship opportunity at Allianz Partners – Bahrain for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.About the RoleAs an MPM Intern, you will support the Medical Provider Management (MPM) department in strengthening our provider network across Bahrain and the region.This role will give you real exposure to healthcare operations, data management, and provider relations within a global organization.

What you do
- Conduct Gap analysis for the medical provider network.• Manage empanelment requests from medical providers — from registration to contract preparation.• Support provider database maintenance and ensure data accuracy.• Assist in providing negotiations and coordination with internal departments.• Prepare and maintain contract documentation and related records.• Participate in network list preparation, compliance tracking, and performance monitoring.• Collaborate with regional and global teams on special projects.• Contribute to provider training, complaint management, and record keeping
- Bahraini nationals only• Fresh university graduate• No working experience• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.• Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and standards.• Excellent administrative and communication skills.• Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure, and maintain confidentiality.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).• A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
