Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Supply Chain Specialist to manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure product availability, maintain regulatory compliance, and support efficient healthcare operations through effective supply chain management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of critical items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, healthcare staff, and internal departments.
  • Track orders and ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain inventory records and prepare supply chain reports.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Resolve supply chain issues to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in medical supply chain, healthcare logistics, procurement, or inventory management is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical products, inventory control, and healthcare supply chain processes.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated healthcare environment.

Pay: BD1,250.000 per month
