Job Summary

We are seeking a Network Engineer to support, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s network and communication infrastructure. The successful candidate will ensure the stability, security, and reliability of network services across offices and locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and maintain the IT network and communication infrastructure while ensuring high-quality and professional standards.
- Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and related equipment.
- Respond to network incidents and service requests and ensure timely resolution.
- Handle network incidents remotely or through on-site visits when required.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues to ensure optimal network availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity, performance, and infrastructure issues.
- Perform network configurations, upgrades, and maintenance in line with established policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, incidents, and technical activities.
- Complete assigned tasks and projects within agreed timelines.
- Support ad-hoc network-related projects and assignments as directed by management based on business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar network infrastructure role.
- Good knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and monitoring tools.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are an advantage.

Pay: BD500.000 per month
