Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent customer service, team performance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the restaurant team.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and operational performance.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and performance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
