About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Reservation & Communication Manager - Reservation to join Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Oversee the delivery of internal and external service, quality, and commercial performances as per Central Reservations KPI objectives.
  • Work closely with hotel reservation teams to maximize revenue opportunities and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Attend meetings related to reservations and share relevant insights on performance and trends.
  • Monitor automated reservation services to ensure optimal capacity and resolve any service degradation.
  • Monitor and follow up on guest complaints, ensuring relevant solutions are provided by coordinating with other departments.
  • Ensure training of new colleagues in the department and hotels is planned and scheduled in advance.
  • Oversee all aspects of people management, including development, target setting, reviews, and performance.
  • Complete monthly KPI reporting to the Director of Reservations and Director of Revenue for the hotel.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

6 - 8 years of experience as Reservations Manager or similar role in hospitality.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel management from an accredited and renowned University
  • Excellent knowledge of PMS Systems.
  • Qualification in Revenue Management
