  • The ability to verify facts before taking corrective action.
  • Clear understanding of workplace reporting and escalation procedures.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and digital reporting platforms.
  • Ability to coordinate professionally with HR, IT, Accounts, Marketing, BOH, and management.

The Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing daily FOH operations.
  • Coordinating shifts and assigning staff duties.
  • Monitoring attendance, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
  • Maintaining guest-service and operational standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with Company policies and SOPs.
  • Coordinating maintenance and operational requirements.
  • Preparing regular operational reports.
  • Escalating employee-related concerns to HR.
  • Escalating significant operational concerns to management.
  • Maintaining proper professional and supervisory boundaries.
  • Ensuring that employees have direct access to HR and management when required.

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
