We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations and maintaining excellent service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Monitor customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company standards are followed.
• Support inventory and operational control.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
