The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Following up with office staffs on daily operational tasks, projects, and deadlines.
  • Monitoring hygiene, cleanliness, and office standards.
  • Supporting project planning and ensuring operational readiness.
  • Monitoring stock shortages and ensuring proactive communication.
  • Ensuring SOPs, checklists, logs, and reporting systems are being followed.
  • Supporting implementation of Zoho systems and operational workflows.
  • Tracking operational issues and following up until completion.
  • Assisting management in maintaining accountability, structure, and consistency across all departments
  • Ensuring projects, product launches, menu rollouts, and operational initiatives remain on schedule.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience within hospitality industry (Preffered)
  • Good understanding of Email and other operational software's (Zoho Platforms)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities.
  • Leadership and coordination skills
