Full job description

Dawa Restaurant is looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, guide and support FOH staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally.
  • Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline and performance.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and restaurant SOPs.
  • Assist management with staff scheduling, stock control and daily reports.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
  • Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Must be available to work in Bahrain.
