Job Title: Waiter/Waitress/Cashier

Department: Operations

Reporting To: Branch Manager

Location: Bahrain

Job Summary

We are seeking friendly and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses & Cashiers with experience in restaurant service, order taking, cash handling, and delivering excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing efficient and welcoming service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Assist guests with menu selections and respond to requests professionally.

Cashier & POS

• Operate the POS system and process cash and card payments accurately.
• Prepare and process guest bills and follow cash handling procedures.

Cleanliness & Standards

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, service areas, and assigned sections.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards at all times.

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.
• Resolve or report customer complaints appropriately.
• Maintain excellent grooming, personal hygiene, and a polite, helpful attitude towards guests and colleagues.
