Full job description

  • Supervise daily civil works, maintenance, and repair activities at residential properties
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify structural defects, cracks, water leakage, damaged walls, flooring issues, and other civil maintenance requirements.
  • Handle tenant and property-related maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor property conditions and ensure that buildings, common areas, and facilities are properly maintained.
  • Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, inspection reports, and daily work progress updates.
  • Ensure maintenance and repair works are completed on time with minimal disruption to tenants and property occupants.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
  • Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
  • Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
  • Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  • Monitor materials, manpower, and maintenance costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance technicians, contractors, subcontractors, and site workers.

Educational Qualification

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in civil construction, site supervision, building maintenance, or property maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience working in residential or commercial properties will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of civil repair works, building inspections, waterproofing, painting, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance.
  • Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to supervise workers and contractors and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
