ISG Gate E-Commerce W.L.L. is a digital commerce company focused on online retail, order fulfillment, and customer experience solutions. It helps brands expand their reach through efficient e-commerce operations and modern marketing support.

ISG Gate E-Commerce W.L.L. is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across our e-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced online retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, payment inquiries, shipping updates, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and service issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, cancellations, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions using the company's customer management system.
  • Coordinate with the logistics, warehouse, sales, and technical teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been fully addressed.
  • Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Stay up to date with company products, promotions, and policies.
  • Contribute to achieving customer satisfaction and service performance goals.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, call center, retail, or e-commerce support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or customer support software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the e-commerce or online retail industry.
  • Familiarity with order management systems and online customer support platforms.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new products, systems, and processes.
