About the Role

Splash Creative Studio is seeking a visionary and driven Art Director to lead our creative concept development and visual execution. In this role, you will guide the creative vision across brand campaigns, digital assets, and print media, inspiring a team of designers to transform bold ideas into stunning visual experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Vision & Leadership: Conceptualize and direct high-impact visual strategies across brand campaigns, digital media, advertising, and video projects.
  • Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and copywriters, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
  • Brand Strategy & Consistency: Oversee visual identity development to ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and client goals.
  • Client Collaboration: Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, translating feedback into refined, polished deliverables.
  • Project Oversight: Collaborate with project managers to ensure creative milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of creative agency or studio experience, with at least 2+ years in a senior designer, lead, or art director role.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, branding, typography, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and UI/UX design tools (Figma).
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, storyboarding, and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
