Digital Sales Representative (Current Employee) - Tucson, AZ - September 29, 2023
The company offers good work life balance. It’s hybrid work environment which makes a good work life balance. They offer good training and lots of internal career moves.

Great workplace
Payroll Analyst (Former Employee) - Makati City - September 29, 2023
For fresh grads, it’s a great company. Salary is fair. Great employee engagement. Has retirement plan. People are great. Lots of perks. US Payroll is difficult but there are other LOBs plus its a good training ground.
Pros
Great people and workplace, engagement
Cons
Low salary for payroll analysts compared to competitors but good training ground

This was the worst job I ever had EVER!
Client Support Specialist/ HR Specialist (Former Employee) - Norfolk, VA - September 28, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? The pay was the best part. However, no amount of money could ever make me go back there!!! What is the most stressful part about working at the company? No one knew what they were doing. The training was awful. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The job was beyond stressful. What is a typical day like for you at the company? The typical workday was dreading the next call. We were not prepared to answer calls at all. It was like being an order taker. We had to raise our hand on every call for help. The help was very limited. The help was not knowledgeable in their jobs as well!

Loved the work but would have liked it too be long-term
Janitorial (Former Employee) - Rolla, MO - September 27, 2023
The manager and management was great but the company kept changing so they is pretty much why I left this job would like to have something long term. Bad thing about this job is the amount of company change I had to go through first it was Woodley building maintenance then ADP and now something called Atlantis services so then the ADP Services emailed and told me they will be letting me go then the Atlantis company give me the biggest run around so i decided to leave

Positive Work Environment

Amazing Place to Work
Enterprise Account Executive (Current Employee) - Atlanta, GA - September 26, 2023
I've worked at ADP for almost 7 years. That said, I did move companies for ~1 year and can say the grass is not always greener. We work for a company who every industry can use, is extremely relevant with current and future job markets, and is the industry leader. Couldn't speak any higher about ADP, the people, and the solutions we offer.

Great Culture
Resource Coordinator (Current Employee) - Alpharetta, GA - September 25, 2023
Culture is unmatched! Benefits could be better and 100% remote would be nice, but I could do with hybrid for now. More people are needed, so the workload is insane!

Great People, Senior Leadership Lack of Understanding
Client HR Business Partner (Current Employee) - Southern California - September 25, 2023
Lots of great people work in the HR Outsourcing BU as Client HRBPs and Payroll Advisors. First level management is great too. These two groups keep our business running. However, senior management fails to understand workload that the first level and second level employees have which reduces our ability to timely respond to clients. This has improved, but is still an issue.

Enjoyed my time here
Project Manager (Former Employee) - Missouri - September 25, 2023
Great place to work especially starting or ending career path. Employees should be ready to self advocate to advance their career. Balance can be difficult at times, and benefits could be better. Pay is going to be mid to upper of average.
Pros
Work remote, decent benefits
Cons
Work can be heavy, balance can be hard.

Mediocre
Client Support Representative (Current Employee) - Florham Park, NJ - September 23, 2023
It’s a good starter job but they don’t give adequate raises - if any at all. Management has their own clique and don’t hide their favoritism. They expect a lot from you during year-end and holiday time.

Stressful and a nightmare.
Benefit Specialist (Former Employee) - Illinois - September 23, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? You work 3 days a week in the office and two days at home. You get raise every year and bonus. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The training is really bad. They have team leaders to whom you could ask questions, but when you do, they give you articles to do your own research. They are a micromanagement company; for them, it is all about statistics. You need to resolve any problems in 3 days, and if you don't, that counts against you when you want to get promoted. Is a very stressful company to work for. If you want to work for ADP, don't work for Benefits or Payroll; they will take the juice out of you. People come and go in those positions. The managers don't care if you leave them; you are just a number. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very bad. Is a very stressful company to work for. What is a typical day like for you at the company? 8 hours is not enough. You are working from the minute you clock in without a break. There is constantly problems to solve.

Caca
Annual Enrollment Specialist (Former Employee) - El Paso, TX - September 19, 2023
I just had started working with ADP in the beginning of August and to be COMPLETELY honest this job was definitely not IT. Due to the lack of training not only that but the trainers were definitely all over the place, not to mention but the training was highly short they rushed EVERYTHING. This was unfair not only that but they don’t even give you a fair chance to improve yourself there at ADP I’ve asked for help MANY times and when I did receive help you could tell the instructors were in such a big rush to just get you off the meeting. I genuinely would NOT RECOMMEND working at ADP plus not only that but they genuinely do not care about the members it’s no wonder MOST these members were wanting to quit their services with ADP.

Best culture
Payroll Advisor (Former Employee) - Tempe, AZ - September 17, 2023
Best company, they invest in you and truly desire to see you soar. Multiple long term staff members and internal promotion. Multiple on site amenities and benefits. Cultural clubs and community gives back opportunities. At ADP you matter.
Pros
Free lunch, free coffee, on-site gym, supportive leadership
Cons
Heavy overtime during holiday season and tax season

Bad management and not enjoyable work
Call Center Representative (Former Employee) - Texas - September 15, 2023
The training was easy and enjoyable, but once I started working it was not that way at all. The hours were bad, I dreaded going to work every day, and the management liked to micromanage everything
