Very large MNC in the MENA with Bad managementAMEX is a Global company operating as a franchise in the MENA region, however current management of the company suffers terribly with very inadequate compensation schemes and benefits, no career progress what so ever, the company is plagued by nepotism (wasta in this region) & is very staggered within Main positive point in this Company is the people whom you work with which most are genuine good colleagues

rude bosses. work load doesnt match payive worked in amex in 3 departments for 8 years, the team leaders were very rude and the workload doesnt match the pay and low increments. rude that some restrict staff going to the toilet!!!! All the ones that talked kindly didnt last 3 years and indeed you cant. all the old staff will tell you they take you meat and throw you bone, and those that received a package and early retirement couldnt be happy their torment was over note that the managers receive 3500-4000BD monthly while staff 500BD and 3-4% annual increment and be prepared to read 200-300 emails a day or answer 75 calls per person per day
