Great place to work!

Working for a fortune 100 company that is consistently voted in the top 5 in the nation for the best place to work. Benefits are great and compensation is good. A keeper if you are fortunate to be employed there.

Money-Driven Environment

If you are money-driven then you can survive in American Express. Management pushes hard to meet metrics. Benefits and pay are good. One of the best in the industry.

Great pay and benefits

The starting pay is very desirable for today’s job market. Great benefits, delicious food in the cafeteria, and wonderful environment. Not much flexibility in shift selection unless it’s a shift bid.

Loved working here

The people here were great. i worked as a business sales rep in sunrise florida. The office was beautiful and the cafeteria was gourmet. The money was awesome, and the work life balance was amazing.

Would Recommend

Amex was great, it just wasn't for me. Would Recommend to anyone willing to take the leap at least once. There was a lot of restructuring while I was there, in part due to Co-Vid. Great pay and benefits but very important to be able to keep up with an intense, demanding environment. I left and switched to another career field.

Really good people and management

great company who really do care about the employees(based on experience and the LOB I was aligned with). I would describe the company culture as very inclusive, and management is always open to feedback and changes for the employees' and company's benefit. I hope it stays the same til now even if I'm no longer with them. I'd say I was well compensated and if I could turn back time, I would not have resigned. Really difficult to find a company who can pay you generously and give opportunity to wfh(hybrid setup).


well compensated, benefits are top tier. cool amenities and entertainment inside the hub.

Mucho apoyo, mucho estrés

Ayudan bastante y buen sueldo, pero los métricos en ocasiones son absurdos y demasiados, por lo que genera un estrés muy fuerte, por lo mismo, todo el tiempo estas en riesgo de que te liquiden

Fun place to work

everyone worked together to get the job done. They had lots of group gatherings, promotions for everyone. Great pay and hours, benefits were awesome! Great place to work

Great people poor senior management

Great people culture for finance however senior management was poor. Over worked and under paid compared to other businesses in the industry with slow career progression

You serviced high end clients in a call center environment. Avoid if you are anticipating a more account management feel. There were barely any processes in place so you had to create your own. PTO never available for days you needed and shifts change and management constantly changed. It’s hard to be seen as a lot of the team leaders are only seeking greatness for themselves. Diversity is a joke..pay was still the same with a higher level position. They are careful NOT to extend you too much $$$ even when working with high level clients. Disappointing.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?It’s a workplace. No culture. Work environment is stressful with micro managing managers. Comienzan a pagarte desde la capacitación que dura alrededor de 3 meses. Tu sueldo no está sujeto a comisiones o ventas aunque si es necesario hacer ofertas durante las llamadas

Very good benefits and the pay is great. Good culture and it is hybrid for all positions which is amazing. I wish they were younger people who I could be friends with.

Good compensation but stressfull management

You will have an above average compensation, the account is easy but the management is toxic, they only care about the business but they don't care about their people. Enjoyable part of it is the perks and benefits

The job is ok if you can handle customer service. The pay could be better. Most people that work there are nice. Management is ok. If you want to move up don't complain.
