مجال العمل غير منصف و متحيز و لا يتم تقدير الموظف لا يتم ترقية الموظف بناءً على عمله و خبرته و انما بناءً على مزاج و تقبل المدير للعامللا توجد حياة اجتماعية او خاصة للموظف اوقات عمل طويلة للموظف في المناسبات الموظف لا يملك الحق في اتخاذ القرار بما في ذلك الاجازة السنوي و الكثير و الكثير Storekeeper in Al-Manāmah
