Depends on your job title, task and location.
Client facing jobs may take a toll on you as Customers are very dumb, as there are not very educated on personal banking.
Administrative, you may need to follow strict guidelines and deadlines.
Capital Markets, high pressure on your brain, but, you will be paid very handsomely.
You can get a lot of overtime - more... and you may make the bank even at low grade.
A lot of burnout though. High turnover, because, people are looking to get that extra dollar at different bank.
