Muchos benefeicios pero pocas oportunidades de crecer y sueldo mejorable. Los manager son muy buenos y los equipos agradables. Lo malo es que por ser una gran empresa tardan mucho en mejorar procesos.

Competitive workplace

Was great to work there, how they handled the RIF was not well received. They conducted lawyer lead script reading and often did mass layoffs at once to save time for larger teams.

Good place to start

Kind culture and amazing benefits, it was a great option right out of college. They don’t work you too hard and encourage career development a lot. I struggled with being remote.

Opportunity for growth

Plenty of great opportunities for growth. Salary increases most when you switch jobs, not super high raises within role. Job satisfaction has been high for me overall but varies by team and manager

Seemingly inclusive place to work, you learn a lot about techology that can be used in multiple career paths

Lots of trainingManagement can be hit or miss but that last 8 years of my employment there, I had good managers.Hardest part of the job is the constant, not knowing if you're going to have a job, due to layoff cycles.

Collaborative place with great benefits

Dell is wonderful place to work with collaborative colleagues. I found the benefits to be very good, especially for fertility treatments/ family planning.

terrible products

terrible products and support then there is the constant aquisitios then no one knows there jobs and then they arte terrible yet again. the sales arm is the worst they might as well be used car salesman lol

Good place to work - but financial growth is limited

Dell was an excellent place to work. There were good opportunities for learning technologies and multiple opportunities were provided for career growth.But considering the pay, Dell is not upto the market standard.

Flexible, supportive atmostphere

Dell cares about their employees and promotes a flexible work environment. Tough part can be depending on your team, you may have to dial in to a lot of early morning or late night calls. The company spans so many time zones that it can be tough to find good times to meet with folks.

Long hours, no work life balance, good benefits.

The hardest part of the job is work load, long work hours. My enjoyable part of the job is working from home, yearly bonus, annual employee celebration

Low stress, pay could be better.

Pros: Low stakes, flexible hours, remote work, chill work environment, not super challenging but can be somewhat interesting if you make it.Cons: Below average pay for industry standard, lots of corporate inefficiencies, not much career growth, somewhat boring work. Coworkers are on the older side because older company.

Really great

Building and maintaining strong customer relationships is paramount in our field. I've successfully nurtured key client relationships, resulting in a 95% client retention rate. Additionally, customer satisfaction scores for my team have consistently been above the industry average, with numerous clients providing positive feedback on our services.

Great co workers

co workers made the job fun and helped me ramp up. Management was also good to me but made questionable decisions at times. Quota was also a bit hard to attain due to number of accounts

Great benefits

The benefits are excellent. Unfortunately they still go by archaic phone sale methods and metrics. Unrealistic are quotas often set. Teams will often be shuffled around and customers you developed relationships with will be given to different rep causing confusion with clients

Cool company to work for, it has a good worklife balance with room for growth as well depending on the career path you would like to take. You just need to network.
