Management doesn't value frontline

I wish I could say something good about this company but I can't. From the pay to the lack of respect from upper management is horrible. But they paint a perfect picture during the interviews and the training. It wasn't until I was out on my own route that I realized this. No support, no feedback, and the pay was not what they promised. It's a performance based pay and not a salary like they heavily reiterated.

Pay can’t be explained by managers or anyone no work life balance.

As an RSR they can’t explain the pay to you so you don’t know how you are making money or if they are cheating you. Managers sit in office all day they don’t help you in any situation. They send other employees to investigate employees for them by take pictures, ask questions, and text messages. If you don’t investigate for them your no good to them be careful.

Pros

Chips

Cons

Everything else but free chips you’ll see

Unorganized Workplace

The overall experience had been unorganized. They portray that working here is so prestige and great and then you come into complete chaos. Everything from management to the production floor is unorganized.

This company doesn't help u grow, they choose individuals, who aren't hired before their 90 probation period. Favoritism is best described.

The jobs are simple, but poor management by leads and most warehouse 2 employees milk the clock along with regular warehouse employees when they go into D2

Pros

They offer free food

Cons

Non structured breaks, you have to decide

Pay is good for work

For just putting chips on the shelves. It’s a great job. Commute depends on the area your in but still the stores are close together. Definitely would recommend. I wish I could go back I had a family emergency so just waiting for apps to open back up.

Productive

The place pays well, definitely a physically demanding job. They pay you well, but they are not very family friendly. Coworker become like family though, with how often you are with them.

Decent Workplace/Pay

Good pay compared to a lot of companies. Hard work and they expect too much from you. No heating or a/c in the warehouses. Fire people a lot and leave the place understaffed often. Because of this there are long periods of time where you have to work 10-12 hour days.

It’s works for me

I get paid well to do a job that at times can be not so pleasant. Like any place it has its ups and downs. Don’t let this place or any other place give you the idea that you come before profits

Soul crushing machine

21 years of leaving family events, working every holiday, every weekend for potato chips. Pay was fair until you Sat down and figured hours worked vs salary. Benefits reduced, stock taken away, health care increased in cost. Expense allowed on sales team was taken away as well. Money grabbing, pressure cooker. Unrealistic sales goals, poor upper leadership...the list goes on.

Lots of Money, Very Little Free Time, Bad Work Culture

When I worked at the Denver plant, I was working between 60-72 hours every week. Typically six days per week. Some co-workers were great, but a lot weren't. I saw more than a handful of people get fired for arguing or physically fighting. Bad attitudes all around, and I let that rub off on me. That's just my experience.

No home life

Overworked and no work like balance . Forced to work overtime with little to no prior notice. Very toxic working environment. Pay is great. Great money to make

Productive

It has its busy times of the year. You can expect to get OT around those times. It’s fast paced work by yourself kind of job. Management is management you definitely have opportunities to move up if your motivated to do so.

Not the best

This -lace was a joke from the get go. Management had no clue how to handle the volume of employees that didn’t want to work! Their answer was to work the mess out of the ones that showed up!
