Great recruitment team. If you need a job Insight Global has a wide range of clients to choose from to work for and they will find you a job relatively quickly. Also they prepare you for the interviews. You should land a job with any of their clients if you take the direct advice from the recruitment team.

Very fast paced and busy. If you prefer an independent work culture this is compatible.

What is the best part of working at the company?The most significant trait of Insight Global is their relationship with their clients. They encourage teamwork, collaboration, leadership and training. They are typically quick to respond if you have a question.What is the most stressful part about working at the company?I believe they lost their computer which I returned when my contract was completed. They contacted me multiple times asking for it. Fortunately, I took of photo of the computer at the fed ex location when i checked it in at the counter for shipping.What is the work environment and culture like at the company?The environment was congenial; although i worked 100% remotely.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Each day was very busy with meetings, sourcing, interviews, screening candidates and making Offers.

upper management may not care about you. One just need to be a professional, do your job to the best of your ability. Just enjoy the work for yourself and you will be fine

Over all its good

For my project, there are first - and second level reviews, and unfortunately, the first level doesn't do their job properly, so the second level get thr blunt of the work. I really enjoy this job. It's easy going, and you can get into a great flow, but I also don't get paid enough to two positions, and whenever it is brought up to management, they blow it off. It's really frustrating.

Supervisors are great and great place to work remotely. We all work together and when one person needs help with a question, we all help each other. Also easy to get time off.

Stay away!!!

Their recruiters act so nice to you before you start working for them. Then they totally lowball you on hourly pay; they must think the only important thing for a client is the cost. I asked if they had benefits. "Oh yes!" they said and sent me a Benefits Guide. It says "Welcome! We firmly believe that our employees drive the success of the company. With this in mind, we strive to provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a suite of benefit choices to help you achieve your health, financial and personal goals." What follows is expensive, low quality HDHP health plans, and one that is so bad they cannot legally call it insurance! Their contribution is zero dollars. 401K match? Dream on! Any type of paid vacation, holiday pay, sick time? Nope! What kind of cruel, sick monster says "We firmly believe that our employees drive the success of the company" then gives you ZERO benefits? It's just a giant middle finger. I've worked with other low pay, no benefits staffing agencies and at least they don't insult you by saying how wonderful their lousy plans are.

Casual, remote, production paced environment. Friendly coworkers and supportive staff

What is the best part of working at the company?I really enjoyed working for Blathnaid on the GDIT team. Leadership is a concern

They are ok to work for their advancement is based on a coin flip. Do not communicate very well. Leaders do not talk to each other. The Client I worked for is a nightmare that have no idea what they want all. Has been 5 months and the contract extension still has not been signed.

Great place for Hard working young professionals

Insight Global is a great place to work for hard working young professionals! If you are dedicated and self motivated you will thrive here! I wouldnt recommend Insight Global to just anyone. It takes a certain personality to work there!

Accomodating, understanding

Supervisors were always understanding and responsive. Always looking out for the team members. HR may disappear if you're looking for another position with them after the contract ends.

Toxic / Work Overload

No such thing as work life balance, to start earning commission you have to dedicate your life to insight global. Favoritism will get you the best accounts and be handed money. They like to keep more senior people rich and leave newly promoted dry. It is sink or swim

Great place to work

A typical day at work is productive, with opportunities to learn and grow. Management is supportive, fostering a positive workplace culture. The hardest part is learning new things, but the most enjoyable part is collaborating with my team.

Horrible people they don’t care if you keep your job

Horrible company they will end your contract or mess up your contract so that it gets ended if they don’t like you. High stress environment, no support. They will never call or ask how your job is going you will never know when your contract will randomly end. If you have family or kids or need financial stability steer clear of this and the companies they staff.
