Marco's Pizza
Marco's Pizza Employee Review
There is next to no professionalism at this location.
Insider (Former Employee) - Hendersonville, NC - June 3, 2023
This was a very fun job however, the level of professionalism is subpar to put it nicely. I was hired to become an assistant manager at the location. This is how the training went. Onboarding was simple enough. There was a learning curb on the registers. When I became proficient, it was time for kitchen training. However, the person that oversaw my training was VERY inexperienced with the kitchen. In short I was told to shadow someone in the kitchen. Not a set person, to shadow. If you understand how a kitchen works. You can't just shadow a person without getting in the way. Then I was "let go" via text message.
