Company needs to hire more medically trained staff. coordinators are customer service not medically trained

I am currently employed at mavencare. Company theoretically wonderful. That’s as far as it goes clients are very abusive so are family members .low standards for their staff pay very low , work load extremely heavy and unrealistic. No support for caregiver . Supervising staff does not support caregivers
Caregivers are often expected to do things - more ... way beyond psw scope of practice and if they refuse they are reprimanded by family and very often staff . This is definitely a business that cares more about money than their staff and clients - less

ConsLow pay, heavy work load, stressful clients and family members .
