Great People - Tough Job
Account Manager (Current Employee) - Chicago, IL - July 24, 2023
The people I work with at NetSuite made the experience so great. However, internal processes can be extremely tough and tedious and leadership can be inconsistent.

Solid place to work
Solution principal (Former Employee) - Reading, OH - July 23, 2023
enjoyed it but little chance of progression/pay rises without promotion which is not easy. Good working environment - most people were lovely and good work life balance

Lifelong friends and work relationships
Curriculum Manager (Former Employee) - London - June 29, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Working with talented people. A collaborative, non-hierarchical culture. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Global company where you need to attend meetings out of regular office hours more than I would want to. Constant setting of boundaries around schedule. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Non hierarchical. Intelligent and hard working team members. Fast pace. Informal. Friendly. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Mornings are quiet. My day would pick up after midday, after which it was back to back meetings until at least 6pm

Competitive
Account Executive (Current Employee) - Denver, CO - June 26, 2023
Not much support from management, high sales quotas hard to achieve. if you have a manager that is wanting to put effort into you the job is great, and the product is also great

During this project I have gained integration and migration data testing very strongly, it helped me in next big assignment.

Great Co-Workers
BDR (Former Employee) - Burlington, MA - June 9, 2023
Good co-workers who were in the same boat as me when starting out. However, the quota was unrealistic with very little people achieving it and those who did worked at least 50-60 hours a week.

V minulosti zde bylo super pracovat. Od koupe Oraclem to jde stale jen skopce dolu.
Senior (Current Employee) - WS Devloper - June 6, 2023
V dobe, kdy NetSuite nebyl pod spravou Oracle, se zde pracovalo skvele. Meli jsme i skvele benifity, velmi dobry plat, dobrou atmosferu v kanclu.
Pros
Da se pracovat i v office.
Cons
Nepridava se plat. Plat je obecne mizerny.

Was a great job until it wasn't
Solutions Consultant (Former Employee) - Burlington, MA - May 16, 2023
The company pretends to be a "family" atmosphere. They lead you to believe you are doing great, you are on the right track, and then, laid off. I get it is the popular thing to do right now, but when there are record profits, it is hard to think that this layoff was nothing more than a money grab for investors.

No hitting quota
Account Executive (Former Employee) - Austin, TX - April 19, 2023
Less than 10% hit quota seriously. Every bit as toxic as Oracle but even more competition for accounts. Emerging is a brutal org very hard to prospect

Nice place to work. Competitive culture. You will meet a lot of great people and everyone is super supportive in helping you advance in your career. I would work here again.

Meh
Staff Consultant (Current Employee) - Toronto, OH - March 10, 2023
It’s an okay place to work at . Coworkers are cool direct managers don’t know much kinda out of touch of what the product is and what consultants do on a daily basis

Unprofessional bulling
PMO Manager (Former Employee) - Australian Capital Territory ACT - February 14, 2023
Leadership have no clear view and vision. Ever since oracle’s acquired netsuite, 80% staff are bitter towards Oracle. Lack of training or pay rises
Pros
Remote work
Cons
Long hours

Good experience
Consultant (Former Employee) - Mississauga - February 6, 2023
Good experience overall I enjoyed working there. A good place to start for new grads. The the salary is quite average. And you don’t get pay raise very often

OK, but new employees need onboarding!
Instructional Designer (Former Employee) - Remote - February 1, 2023
I recommend creating an onboarding plan with file of documents and templates used for new team members. Nice co-workers, for the most part. Some have their noses where they do not belong.

Salary is not competitive
Functional Consutant (Former Employee) - Makati - January 15, 2023
Learn as much as you can. It's just a training ground. Workforce is getting smaller because company refuses to increase salaries. Salary has been restructured many times and health care provider was downgraded.

Routine Days
Business Development Representative (Current Employee) - Denver, CO - November 29, 2022
Do the same thing everyday all day.. lots of prospecting, cold calling, and meetings. Must be a self starter and ready to face rejection. Perks are that everyone is close to the same age in the program and outside of work activities such as volunteer days, wellness days, and happy hours
