HR Recruiting Assistant (Former Employee) - bahrain - November 15, 2016
although it is a rich company, they do not invest in a quality office space and they are extremely understaffed trying to save money for the company when obviously the company can do better, which cause overtime work and more stress to employees.
Pros

Assistant Resor & Recreation Manager (Current Employee) - Bahrain - July 4, 2016
A busy and challenging days especially during peak season, allows me to do my job very well by executing my skills and dealing different conflicts. I manage to handle 23 staff and 3 supervisor that helps me to run the operation in day to day basis, they are very supportive and cooperative. The most hardest and difficult part of the job is how to get all the tools and equipment needed for the operation due to different procedure of every suppliers and the different contract between the suppliers and the company. The most enjoyable and happiest moment of the job is when the time comes for vacation to meet and be with the family.
Pros
Free meals, free internet, free washing of clothes, free transport to the city, free air ticket, and medical insurance
Cons
Excessive hot, short break during busy days, too much pressures from guest and from management

Great culture, well implemented, well taking care of their ladies and gentlemen (never say employee).
The focus of the management, on employees is equal to the one of the guest, great accommodation handled by professional team.
Balance between personal and work is big concern.
The ladies and gentlemen have big pride to be Ritz Carlton for long time.

Productive and fun workplace with great people
Fitness Professional (Former Employee) - Manama, B13 - January 14, 2014
- A typical day at work, fluctuates between slow and rush times.
Come in set up and Jump right in.
- When working for Ritz, you learn a great deal about time management and communication as they is a very important factor.
- Management always does their best to help you learn grown and steer you in the right direction.
- The hardest part of the job, VIPs can be very demanding, Also work/life balance was tilted more to work, if you live in the hotel accommodations then maybe you dont have any thing else to do, but when your trying to balance a family life with work demands can some times be a little challenging.
- The most enjoyable part of the job is the time you spend with your clients, building strong relationships, a strong reputation where people know who you are, what you stand for and trust you.
Pros
Free meals, Company accommodation, lots of company activities
Cons
Meals are generally spicy, Accommodation is shared 1 room 2 people

Being in RC
Oriental Sous- chef (Former Employee) - Bahrain - November 22, 2013
It was big pleasure working for RC . Ritz-Carlton hotel is place where you enjoy working and place where you stay always updates about the hospitality .
RC is a respectful company, I have learned many things about management and how to deal with the staff and my colleagues .
The main challenge I faced with RC is the time management when you need to manage between work on the ground and attend meetings.
It is always fun to work for RC , because it s a company of informations and they respect their associates.
Pros
free breakfast lunch dinner even on day off. and free accomodation
Cons
long working hours
