If you have a family an or kids us foods is not the place for that. We go in at 4pm and are not off until the work is complete. The hardest part of the job is working overnight

Pros

Unlimited overtime

Cons

No family time

Fun/productive

Great leaders and boss. They work with you and show genuine care. It’s a lot of physical work, but the more hard work you put in, the better the pay…..

Productive and fast moving

Great place and good people. If you are face paced and like a challenging your self. If you have a strong work ethic, your career will be very successful.

Just awful

Turn over is high. From management to the underlings. No one like it here. The favorite past time of management that does stick around is to blatantly lie to your face. They say they want to adress your concerns but never do. The money is good but I don't think it's worth it

It was ok

They are good about working with your schedules. Management is nice. They don’t give you raises or pay for the amount of work you do. Also it seems to take along time to gain more vacation time. Also you never get anymore sick time.

Terrible environment

Supervisors are unprofessional and do not follow their own rules. It’s a mess and no one higher up does anything about it. Terrible place to work, stressful

Overworked

Management changes every 6 months and overwork you.Get mad when they ask you to do extra work after completing a full day and regularly mess up bidded routes.Physically hard job, not a long term job. Money’s good while it lasts and it’s union if you’re into that sort of thing

Sorry place to work

Tried to crosstrain and my manager would never let me do it. I started as a night loader and wanted to just crosstrain as a selector and he would never let me. Advice- do your job poorly and maybe they'll let you try something else.

Safety is a big problem and management sucks

People get hurt all the time, management don’t care half of them can’t even do the work we do and treat you bad after working 12 sometimes 14 hours and having to come in for 12 more and I live an hour away

Pros

Money, benefits

Cons

Long hours, Treated bad and no safety

support system and compensation ability

Great company to work for with good management in place. Strong culture throughout. Too many meetings taking the sales force away from the field. Compensation opportunities were great.

Pros

Flexible schedule

Cons

abundance of meetings

Good place to start your career

In my experience everyone is friendly and willing to help, nice benefits especially the 401k match. The work life balance is good for hybrid roles. Growth opportunities could be better.

Supportive culture

Management went the extra mile in creating a supportive culture throughout the organization. Upward mobility and flexibility was another great positive.

Pros

Manage own schedule, great compensation and bonus programs, supportive management

Cons

weekend work, always on call for customers 24/7

Not your average job. Over worked and under payed. Lots of stress

Think about the world before you apply. I grinded my tail off for nearly a year. Decent pay but you have no social life. Not easy but you earn peaches.

Poor Management

Very poor management. Require you to do a lot of extra work and they expect you to still meet high production requirements. Management does not appreciate the hard work you put in or long hours you work. If you are on second or third shift, you will be working long hours. Be prepared for your scheduled start time to continuously change. Great pay but you will not have a life with the long hours. Not many people advance in the warehouse unless they know someone and/or work ten plus years. If you accept work here try to get hired on first shift, they treat first shift way better than other shifts.

Not Great

Be careful, protect yourself. Make sure you are working safe at all times, be open to feedback. You wont have a long runway to get up to speed and even then it may not matter

Accountability…hah

Mngt. Is too busy pointing their fingers instead of correcting problems. Probably because they don’t know how to do their job. The drivers and selectors are bustin their tails while you ride by ops and see management and friends sitting on counters cutting up. Why wouldn’t they help. Or find out why they don’t have trailers or product falling over or product not even making it on the load, trailer doors are blocked it’s a mess

Ok

Was a decent place to work. If you have worked for a corporation you know its all about the numbers. No exception here. Good money if you work hard but also lots of stress.

Worst place I've ever worked

This job has been mentally and physically draining. No one works as a tram.ajd thr managers don't care about anyone or anything. Expect routes getting out on time. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Its a job

U can make good money but you will work for it like any other job. But the days go by quick because you will always be busy so it makes time go by. And the overtime looks good on payday

Pros

Pay and benefits

Cons

long hours and sometimes hard labor on the body
