A typical day at work consists in working a shift that can be even 13 hours long (i.e starts at mid-day and finishes at 1 A.M). As kitchen staff, you take the order, prepare and serve it to a customer who is in front of you watching how you cook. That is nice and funny, you can talk with the customer meanwhile.
