Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service & E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions
  • Follow up on online orders, deliveries, and customer requests
  • Manage website orders and update order statuses
  • Coordinate with branches and delivery companies
  • Follow up on abandoned carts and sales opportunities
  • Upload products and perform basic website management tasks
  • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities
  • Good typing speed and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Shopify, websites, and online systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in retail or mobile accessories is an advantage

Pay: BD160.000 - BD250.000 per hour
