Your role

• You take care of our customers in all commercial issues (pre and after sales)
• You prepare quotations and handle tenders
• You support the Area Sales Manager throughout the sales process
• You will be the link to our sales partners and will support them in all commercial issues
• You coordinate customer follow-ups, support product demonstrations and ensure smooth commercial processes together with the sales team
• You are responsible for the maintenance of our customer database (CRM system)
• You coordinate customer trainings through the OMICRON Academy, including registrations, communication and related administration
You provide back-up support to your team

What makes you a great fit

• You have successfully completed a commercial or business-related education. Technical experience is not required for this position, although knowledge of the electrical energy industry would be an advantage
• You have at least 2 years of experience in Customer & Sales Support, Sales Support, or Inside Sales; experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems is a plus
• You enjoy working in a structured environment and are comfortable taking ownership of customer requests from start to finish
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities as well as strong organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit are among your strengths
• You have a confident and professional manner when communicating with customers and are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
• You have an excellent command of English (written and spoken), French is mandatory and Arabic would be an advantage
