Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive store revenue, and ensure smooth day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products to maximize store sales.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by restocking shelves and organizing product displays.
  • Process checkout transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and manage cash handling.
  • Monitor inventory levels on the sales floor and report stock shortages to management.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and ongoing store promotions to upsell effectively.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and strict compliance with safety, security, and opening/closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude.
  • Proficiency with POS software, inventory scanners, and basic math calculations.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities to handle busy shopping hours and customer inquiries.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift merchandise boxes up to 15 kg.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
